ERIE, PA. -- Associate head coach Greg Gardner and the Mercyhurst men’s ice hockey team announced their captains for the 2018-2019 season earlier this week. Senior forwards Joshua Lammon and Derek Barach have been voted by their teammates to serve as co-captains.              Barach enters his fourth season with the Lakers with 112 games played. The Glenmont New York native served as an alternate captain during the 2016-2017 season and as an co-captain this past season.  With 107 career points to his name thus far, Barach is the only active member of the 100-point club currently at Mercyhurst.              Lammon has 106 total games played over the past three seasons and is one of the Lakers’ best defensive forwards. Last season the Jackson Michigan native tallied 8 goals and 11 assists while winning a team high 52 percent of the over 750 face-offs he took last season.              The Lakers finished out last season as the Atlantic Hockey regular season champions with
